Abstract Submission
How do I submit an abstract?
Abstracts must be submitted via the official submission page on this website.
What is the deadline for abstract submission?
June 20, 2026
When will I be notified about acceptance?
Yes, you will be notified about acceptance by end of July 2026.
Can I edit my abstract after submission?
Yes, edits are possible until June 20, 2026.
Registration
Do I need to register if I have submitted an abstract?
Yes. Abstract submission and conference registration are separate processes. All participants, including presenting authors, must complete the registration.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, conference dinner and networking events.
Can I attend the conference without presenting?
Yes, participants are welcome to attend without submitting an abstract.
Travel & Accommodation
How do I get to Bayreuth?
Bayreuth can be reached by air, train, or car. Please see the “Booking Bayreuth” section for details.
Are there recommended hotels?
A list of suggested accommodations can be found in the “Booking Bayreuth” section of the website.
Do I need a visa to attend the conference?
Participants are responsible for checking visa requirements for entry into Germany. If you require an invitation letter, please contact us (priorities26@uni-bayreuth.de).
