The conference takes place in Bayreuth, a historic city in northern Bavaria, Germany. Bayreuth is best known for its cultural heritage and as the home of the Margravial Opera House, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Bayreuth is a charming and cozy university town. With around 75,000 inhabitants, it’s not particularly large… but that’s exactly its advantage: people run into each other! The city offers a charming atmosphere, short distances, and a variety of cultural and culinary experiences.
